3 Bedroom Terrace conversion to 6 Bedroom

For this project, we converted a 3 bed 1 bathroom London terrace to a 6 bedroom 2 bathroom & ensuite. The house was first cleared completely of all windows, doors, fittings, fixtures, ceilings & flooring. Downstairs walls were removed, and the ground floor was reconfigured to make most of the space. An open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room was created. With the roof removed, the next floor up was built adding another storey. A new roof was built and a loft room was created for additional space. A new staircase was added to the first floor and continued to the loft. Modern Double-glazed windows and external doors were fitted throughout including a Velux window in the roof. Custom window heads were created and installed with the windows to the upper extension matching the surrounding properties. A new boiler, central heating system was installed, a new consumer unit and the house completely rewired. Two new bathrooms were fitted and an ensuite was added to the master bedroom. Insulation was fitted throughout, new internal doors, luxury vinyl to all floors, and finally each room was decorated.
